In you write that the crater Brookton was named after Brooktondale, NY. What makes you think that Brooktondale is a spa? There is a city in Australia and at least 4 places in the USA named Brookton, none of which is a spa. I really try to find out what the IAU meant with Brookton. Regards, -- () 17:43, 20 mag 2013 (CEST) Thank you for your answer regarding Brookton.
The spa that you mentioned is just a hotel without an historical recreational background it seems (see ). I simply can't find any historical significance in the Ithaca region when it comes to spas or medical springs. Since all other craters are named after famous spas with a long history I rather think that the IAU misstyped the state. But since we don't do original research in Wikipedia projects I decided to just repeat what they wrote, see.
